Using a measuring tape, measure tightly just above the lake the measurement trom either the measuring tapeor the paper strip and round it to the nearest 1/2. Thatnumber will be your Wrist Measurement.
If you don' t not have a measuring tape, you can use athin, flat paper strip. Wrap the paper strip around yourwrist and mark with a pen where it starts to overlap. Laythe strip flat and measure its length up to the pen markwith a ruler.
